I am looking for a USA based dedicated server company that will install ESXi. It doesnt need to be a "beast" of a server. Just 4-6gb ram quad core atleast 500GB HD but would prefer 1TB and a metered gigabit connection. – say 5tb monthly. Any ideas?

1- Is 100Mbits 10x faster than 10Mbits (meaning my data would go through 10x faster (when the server is not overloaded) — which I doubt, would be too good to be true)?

Memory Used 16.5 %
Swap Used 86.79 % (and, understandably, there’s a warning sign next to the swap used figure)
